Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform receiving, sorting, and packing of raw materials and finished goods.
- Ensure all workstations and aisles are kept clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Conduct quality control checks on incoming and outgoing inventory.
- Assist in inventory audits and maintain accurate digital records.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) required.
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends as needed.
- Basic proficiency in reading and writing in English.
- Must be eligible for or currently in the process of applying for an EB3 Visa (Green Card sponsorship).
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
