Responsibilities
- Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload merchandise from trucks and delivery vehicles using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual labor.
- Warehouse Operations: Organize, pack, and store inventory in designated areas to ensure efficient workflow.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards before shipping.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
- Inventory Management: Assist in stock counts and inventory tracking using basic handheld scanners.
- General Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of the warehouse floor and equipment.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be eligible for EB3 Unskilled Visa sponsorship or possess a valid work permit.
- Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Language: Basic proficiency in English is required for safety instructions and communication.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Driver's License: A valid driver's license is a plus but not mandatory.
