Responsibilities
- Perform general assembly and production tasks according to strict quality standards.
- Operate standard manufacturing machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure packaging meets specifications.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Follow verbal and written instructions from team leads and supervisors.
- Load and unload materials and products from delivery trucks or conveyors.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
Qualifications
- No prior experience or specialized training is required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Must be physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Basic English comprehension skills are preferred for safety and communication.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime when necessary.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening as part of the hiring process.
- Eligibility to work legally in the United States (or ability to obtain sponsorship).
