Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stage raw materials and finished products efficiently.
- Operate heavy-duty processing machinery and equipment following standard operating procedures.
- Monitor production lines to ensure quality control and output targets are met.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and productivity.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must hold a valid H2B visa or be eligible to obtain one.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new machinery.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to protocols.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
