Responsibilities
- Perform manual assembly and production tasks according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Operate basic manufacturing equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet strict specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation in compliance with safety regulations.
- Follow verbal and written instructions from supervisors and team leads.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets.
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately to management.
Qualifications
- Current eligibility for H2B visa sponsorship (US Citizen or eligible visa holder).
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Basic reading and math skills for measuring and recording data.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends, as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Milwaukee facility.
- Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
