Responsibilities
- Perform assembly and production tasks on the manufacturing floor according to safety guidelines.
- Package finished goods and prepare items for shipment and distribution.
- Load and unload materials from delivery trucks using forklifts and hand jacks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area to ensure compliance with OSHA standards.
- Follow strict quality control procedures to ensure product integrity.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily production targets and quotas.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform unskilled labor tasks required for the EB3 visa classification (2 years of on-the-job training or experience).
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Basic ability to read, write, and understand English for safety and operational instructions.
- Physically capable of standing for extended periods, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening as part of the hiring process.
- Valid work authorization or eligibility to obtain an EB3 visa sponsorship.
