Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions using modern frameworks and languages.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define feature requirements and technical specifications.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct code reviews, perform debugging, and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Optimize application performance and ensure high availability of services.
- Provide technical mentorship to junior developers and lead technical discussions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js or Python.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, database design (SQL/NoSQL), and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
- Experience with version control systems such as Git and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
