Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ ICU nurses during day/night shifts
- Develop and implement patient care protocols
- Coordinate with physicians and ancillary departments
- Ensure compliance with JCAHO and CMS regulations
- Mentor new nurses through orientation program
- Lead quality improvement initiatives
- Manage staffing assignments and overtime
Qualifications
- CA RN license (required)
- BSN or MSN degree
- 5+ years ICU experience
- 2+ years leadership/supervisory role
- ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications
- Experience with Epic EMR system
- Strong conflict resolution abilities
