Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair fiber optic and copper network infrastructure across Miami and surrounding areas.
- Operate heavy equipment and digger derricks to dig trenches for cable installation.
- Perform end-to-end testing and troubleshooting of telecommunications lines and network hardware.
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA safety standards and company safety protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to upgrade local network capacity and improve service reliability.
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents and businesses during site surveys and installations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; technical certification (e.g., FCC License) is a plus.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime during peak seasons.
- Eligibility to work in the United States (Foreign applicants must have valid visa status or be open to sponsorship).
