Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair telecommunications equipment on towers up to 300 feet
- Perform rigorous safety inspections and adhere to OSHA and FCC regulations
- Operate bucket trucks, hydraulic lifts, and specialized RF testing equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex network issues using diagnostic software
- Train junior technicians on safety protocols and technical procedures
- Document all maintenance activities using digital reporting systems
- Collaborate with engineering teams for infrastructure upgrades
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of tower climbing or heavy equipment operation experience
- Valid OSHA 10/30 certification and CPR/First Aid certification
- Ability to pass physical fitness assessment and drug screening
- Strong mechanical aptitude and basic electrical knowledge
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work at heights and in adverse weather conditions
- Basic computer skills for digital reporting systems
- Willingness to obtain additional industry certifications (provided)
