Responsibilities
- Install and maintain cell towers, antennas, and fiber optic networks
- Perform diagnostic testing and troubleshooting on 5G equipment
- Conduct regular site inspections and preventive maintenance
- Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize network performance
- Adhere to strict safety protocols for elevated work environments
- Document service reports using proprietary digital tools
- Respond to emergency outages within 2-hour SLA
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree not required)
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work at heights (OSHA-certified training provided)
- Basic mechanical aptitude and tool proficiency
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Experience in construction, utilities, or technical fields preferred
