Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair telecom equipment including fiber optics and wireless systems
- Perform network diagnostics and troubleshooting for residential and commercial clients
- Conduct site surveys and equipment testing using provided diagnostic tools
- Document service reports and maintain accurate client records
- Collaborate with engineering teams for system upgrades and installations
- Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA standards at all times
- Provide exceptional customer service during on-site visits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (no college degree required)
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Basic computer literacy and smartphone proficiency
- Strong problem-solving and mechanical aptitude
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Experience with hand/power tools preferred but not required
