Responsibilities
- Source and engage with high-quality candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and networking events.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and closing offers.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of active and passive candidates for open technical roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and refine job descriptions.
- Negotiate offers and facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to the management team.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in technical recruiting, IT recruiting, or human resources.
- Proven track record of successfully filling roles in a high-volume environment.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social recruiting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting and technical skill assessment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
