Responsibilities
- Source and engage technical candidates across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub, niche tech forums)
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for software engineering, data science, and DevOps roles
- Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies to attract passive candidates
- Coordinate interview logistics and provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain accurate applicant tracking system data and recruitment analytics
- Build relationships with industry influencers and technical communities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical recruiting experience in the San Francisco Bay Area
- Proven track record of closing technical roles (engineers, data scientists, etc.)
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates using Boolean search and advanced recruitment tools
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) and HRIS platforms
- Strong understanding of technical stacks (Python, Java, cloud technologies, AI/ML)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Certified Technical Recruiter (CTR) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Ability to start immediately and commit to a 6-month contract
