Responsibilities

  • Source and engage technical candidates across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub, niche tech forums)
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for software engineering, data science, and DevOps roles
  • Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies to attract passive candidates
  • Coordinate interview logistics and provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of technical recruiting experience in the San Francisco Bay Area
