Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end relocation packages including moving logistics, temporary housing, and school searches
- Develop personalized relocation plans addressing visa sponsorship, cultural integration, and area orientation
- Manage relocation budgets and expense reimbursements with meticulous financial oversight
- Collaborate with third-party vendors (movers, realtors, schools) to ensure service excellence
- Provide 24/7 support to relocating employees and their families throughout transition
- Track relocation metrics and implement continuous improvement strategies
- Act as primary liaison between employees and internal HR departments
Qualifications
- 3+ years of corporate relocation or HR coordination experience
- Proven expertise in managing complex domestic and international relocation programs
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to empathize with diverse populations
- Strong proficiency in relocation software (e.g., ReloQuest, Cartus) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation preferred
- Deep knowledge of Chula Vista housing market, schools, and community resources
- Ability to maintain composure while solving high-pressure relocation challenges
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
