Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for a variety of technical positions, including Software Engineering, Data Science, and Cybersecurity.
- Build and manage talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and leveraging social media platforms like LinkedIn.
- Screen and interview candidates to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
- Utilize ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) to track candidates and manage the recruitment workflow efficiently.
- Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 3+ years of experience as a Technical Recruiter or in a similar HR role.
- Proven experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and technical skill sets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
