Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and hiring.
- Utilize various sourcing strategies, including social media, Boolean search, and networking, to identify top-tier technical talent.
- Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews during the hiring event.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and company culture.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track applicant progress and ensure data accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical recruiting or a similar HR role.
- Proven ability to source and screen candidates effectively using various tools.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and technical roles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment.
