Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end tech relocation logistics for new hires
- Coordinate visa sponsorship and immigration paperwork
- Conduct virtual onboarding and system training
- Provide cultural integration support for relocating employees
- Partner with HR to ensure smooth transition to Laredo
- Develop relocation packages tailored to individual needs
- Track relocation success metrics and optimize processes
Qualifications
- 3+ years in HR tech or relocation coordination
- Experience with visa sponsorship (H1B, O1 preferred)
- Strong knowledge of relocation logistics and housing markets
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Certification in Global Mobility (GMS) or similar
- Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency required
