Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure including servers, cloud systems, and security protocols
- Provide Tier 3 technical support for hardware, software, and cloud-based applications
- Manage virtualization environments (VMware/Hyper-V) and container orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Oversee cybersecurity initiatives including threat detection, compliance, and incident response
- Document IT procedures and create disaster recovery plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology with business objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in IT infrastructure management with enterprise systems
- Expertise in Windows Server administration and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong knowledge of network security protocols (Firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS)
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA Security+, CCNA, or equivalent)
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional on-call duties
