Responsibilities
- Architect and implement microservices using AWS/GCP
- Mentor junior developers through code reviews and pair programming
- Optimize system performance and CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with product teams on technical specifications
- Lead agile ceremonies and sprint planning
- Contribute to open-source projects
- Monitor and troubleshoot production issues
Qualifications
- 5+ years of backend development experience
- Expertise in Python/Java and containerization (Docker/K8s)
- Proficiency with cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred)
- Strong understanding of distributed systems
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins/GitLab CI)
