Responsibilities
- Lead Recruitment Strategy: Design and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to fill critical full-time roles across various departments.
- Manage Hiring Events: Organize and oversee large-scale on-site and virtual hiring events to maximize candidate engagement and conversion.
- End-to-End Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and networking to identify passive candidates in the Texas market.
- Screening & Selection: Conduct thorough interviews, skills assessments, and behavioral evaluations to ensure cultural fit and technical competence.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and build talent pipelines that align with organizational goals.
- Employer Branding: Represent the company at industry networking events and job fairs to build a strong employer brand in Texas.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Event Management: Proven track record of successfully planning and executing hiring events or large-scale recruitment drives.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Location: Must be willing to work on-site or hybrid from our Austin, Texas headquarters.
- Drive: High level of self-motivation and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
