Responsibilities
- Deploy and maintain enterprise-level IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and cloud systems
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and security protocols
- Implement cybersecurity measures and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Manage database administration and optimize data flow solutions
- Document IT processes and create technical documentation for team training

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Windows/Linux systems and network administration
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., NIST, HIPAA)
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and virtualization technologies
