Responsibilities
- Architect scalable cloud-native applications using AWS/GCP
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Lead agile sprints and refine product roadmaps
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices
- Optimize system performance and troubleshoot complex issues
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Contribute to open-source initiatives and industry conferences
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in full-stack development (Python/React preferred)
- Expertise in cloud platforms and microservices architecture
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills

- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
