Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and optimize cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and on-premise systems
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards
- Lead migration projects from legacy systems to modern architectures
- Provide Tier-3 technical support and incident resolution for critical infrastructure
- Automate workflows using CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code tools
- Document system configurations and create operational playbooks
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technology workshops
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in enterprise IT infrastructure with cloud expertise
- Proficiency in Linux/Windows Server, virtualization (VMware), and networking
- Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
- Certifications in AWS/Azure, CCNP, or CompTIA Security+
- Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and infrastructure-as-code
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
