Responsibilities
- Perform general assembly and production line tasks under direct supervision.
- Operate and monitor standard manufacturing equipment and tools.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Inspect finished products to ensure high-quality standards are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to prevent hazards.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding production goals.
Qualifications
- Must be willing to submit to a drug screen and background check.
- Ability to stand and work on feet for extended periods (8+ hours).
- Basic English reading and comprehension skills.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts or overtime as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not always required.
- Valid driver's license (not always required for the role).
