Your Role Will Include:
- Setting up, programming, and operating multi-axis CNC machines with precision.
- Performing in-process quality control checks and final inspections to ensure specifications are met.
- Maintaining machine cleanliness, lubrication, and general housekeeping to prevent downtime.
- Reading and interpreting complex blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Collaborating with the production team to optimize workflow and reduce material waste.
- Adhering to strict safety protocols (OSHA standards) and reporting equipment malfunctions.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience operating CNC machinery (Mill/Lathe).
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong manual dexterity and physical stamina for standing and operating machinery for long shifts.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (technical certification is a plus but not required).
- Reliable transportation to and from the Mesa facility.
