Responsibilities
- Perform general assembly, packaging, and labeling tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Operate standard manufacturing machinery and hand tools under supervision.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and workplace regulations at all times.
- Inspect finished goods to ensure quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production quotas.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to prevent hazards.
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors immediately.
Qualifications
- No prior experience or specific technical training is required.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 lbs.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills for following instructions.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
