Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machinery and automated production systems with precision
- Conduct quality control inspections using calipers and measurement tools
- Assemble components according to technical specifications and blueprints
- Maintain accurate production logs and quality documentation
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and 5S workplace standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production workflows
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year experience in manufacturing or production environment
- Basic proficiency with measurement tools (calipers, micrometers)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles preferred
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in team settings
- Willingness to work night shift schedule (10:00 PM - 6:30 AM)
