Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates for technical roles.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networking strategies to identify and engage top talent in the El Paso area and beyond.
- Client Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and build effective recruitment strategies.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and professional engagement.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and salary benchmarks to advise the team on compensation strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with software development lifecycles and technical terminology (e.g., SQL, Java, Python, Cloud technologies).
- ATS Proficiency: Must be proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Location: Must be willing to work on-site in El Paso, TX.
