Responsibilities
- Talent Sourcing: Utilise Boolean search, social media (LinkedIn, GitHub), and niche job boards to identify and engage passive candidates for technical roles (Software Engineering, DevOps, Data Science).
- SEO Strategy: Implement and manage SEO strategies for the careers page, including keyword research, on-page optimisation, and technical audits to improve job listing rankings.
- Recruitment Marketing: Create compelling job descriptions and content that attract high-quality candidates while aligning with brand voice.
- Interview Management: Conduct initial technical screenings, coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers, and provide feedback to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Analytics: Track recruitment KPIs, SEO metrics (traffic, bounce rate), and conversion rates to continuously improve recruitment funnels.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical recruitment and/or SEO for a recruitment agency or HR tech company.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workable. Solid understanding of SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Tools: Familiarity with CRM software and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
