Responsibilities
- Develop and execute SEO-optimized recruitment strategies to attract passive tech candidates
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for 15+ technical roles across engineering, cloud, and data teams
- Analyze market trends to benchmark compensation and refine job descriptions for SEO performance
- Build and nurture relationships with technical communities, universities, and industry influencers
- Implement ATS-integrated SEO tools to track candidate source effectiveness
- Collaborate with marketing to create compelling content that positions Tulsa as a tech destination
- Mentor junior recruiters on SEO best practices and technical hiring techniques
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with proven SEO integration in recruitment
- Expertise in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever) and SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs)
- Strong understanding of tech stacks (cloud, AI/ML, full-stack development)
- Experience with relocation package negotiation and candidate onboarding
- Data-driven approach with ability to analyze recruitment metrics and ROI
