In this role, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of recruitment, from market research to offer negotiation. You will play a pivotal role in scaling our engineering and product teams.
Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical roles, including Software Engineers, DevOps, and Product Managers.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies, including Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter, to identify passive candidates.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure a strong cultural and technical fit.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define job specifications and build talent pipelines.
- Manage the recruitment pipeline and provide weekly status reports on hiring metrics.
- Negotiate offers and coordinate the onboarding process for new hires.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical recruiting or human resources.
- Proven experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting software.
- Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle and technical roles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple open requisitions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
