Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruiting for mid-to-senior level technical positions (Software Engineering, Data Science, IT Infrastructure).
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search and social recruiting, to identify passive candidates.
- Manage the entire candidate pipeline from job requisition to onboarding.
- Conduct comprehensive phone screens and in-person interviews.
- Negotiate offers and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and success metrics.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a direct-hire capacity.
- Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or iCIMS.
- Proven ability to recruit hard-to-fill technical roles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet aggressive deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
