Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle technical recruitment for hard-to-fill engineering roles across multiple tech stacks
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies leveraging Boolean searches, GitHub, and niche tech communities
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate evaluation frameworks
- Oversee relocation logistics including visa sponsorship, housing assistance, and onboarding support
- Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize funnel efficiency and diversity initiatives
- Build employer branding campaigns targeting passive tech talent nationwide
- Maintain compliance with EEOC regulations and internal hiring policies
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with proven success in tech placements
- Expertise in sourcing AI/ML, DevOps, and cybersecurity professionals
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse or Lever preferred) with data-driven mindset
- Relocation coordination experience for domestic/international candidates
- Strong technical acumen to evaluate engineering competencies and cultural fit
- Excellent stakeholder management skills across engineering leadership
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification highly desirable
