Responsibilities
- Execute the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers for technical roles (Software Engineering, DevOps, QA, etc.).
- Utilize advanced Boolean search techniques and social media (LinkedIn, GitHub) to identify passive candidates.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates through networking and recruitment marketing.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and craft compelling job descriptions.
- Conduct virtual and on-site interviews, providing feedback and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Track and report on recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill and cost-per-hire.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting or a similar Talent Acquisition role.
- Proven success in placing candidates in software development or IT environments.
- Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed recruitment targets.
- Flexibility to work in a hybrid model in Miami, FL.
