Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for mid-to-senior level technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and networking events, to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, create compelling job descriptions, and develop strategic recruitment plans.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct interviews, providing feedback and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
- Market Intelligence: Stay current on industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and recruitment best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
- Onboarding Support: Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 4-6 years of proven experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Technical Savvy: Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and ability to evaluate technical resumes.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate.
- Tools: Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Location: Must be willing to work in our Washington, DC office or hybrid model.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
