Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end relocation packages for senior tech professionals relocating to Las Vegas
- Coordinate with housing providers, schools, and local services to ensure smooth transitions
- Develop personalized relocation plans leveraging Las Vegas' tech hub resources
- Build relationships with tech companies to understand relocation pain points
- Track relocation metrics and continuously optimize processes
- Present Las Vegas' tech advantages to candidates nationwide
Qualifications
- 5+ years in corporate relocation or talent acquisition
- Experience with tech industry relocation dynamics
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of Las Vegas housing market and amenities
- Certification in Global Mobility (GMS or CRP) preferred
- Ability to relocate candidates across all 50 states
- Strong problem-solving skills for complex relocation scenarios
