Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable cloud-native applications using AWS/GCP services
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization and DevOps automation initiatives
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions
- Conduct architectural reviews and performance tuning of microservices
- Implement security best practices and compliance frameworks

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development (Java/Python/Go)
