Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions using modern technologies.
- Lead code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior developers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and ensure system reliability and performance.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
- Contribute to architectural decisions to drive technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Strong experience with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue) is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced Agile environment.
- Willingness to undergo the visa sponsorship process (H1B, O-1, or Green Card support).
