As a Senior Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our product roadmap and mentoring junior developers.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern frameworks and languages.
- Lead technical architecture reviews and ensure best practices for security, performance, and maintainability.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to define product requirements and deliver features on time.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, conducting thorough code reviews.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and implement robust debugging strategies.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience in a commercial environment.
- Strong proficiency in at least two modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#, TypeScript).
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong understanding of software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, remote-friendly team environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the US and willing to undergo visa sponsorship processes.
