Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable cloud-native applications using AWS/GCP
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Lead agile sprints and contribute to technical roadmap planning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, DevOps)
- Optimize system performance and implement CI/CD pipelines
- Document architecture decisions and technical specifications
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development (Python/Java/Go)
- Expertise in microservices architecture and containerization (Docker/K8s)
- Strong grasp of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and serverless technologies
- Proven track record of shipping production code at scale
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset
