Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications using modern programming languages (Python, Java, or Go).
- Lead code reviews and ensure code quality, security, and performance standards are met across the team.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to define feature requirements and user stories.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical training sessions to foster a knowledge-sharing culture.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, and deployment.
- Optimize existing codebases for speed and scalability to improve user experience.
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and international partners.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in at least two of the following: Python, Java, JavaScript, or C#.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (required for global collaboration).
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a remote or hybrid team environment.
