Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support to internal employees via phone and email.
- Manage, monitor, and maintain the company's local area networks (LAN) and wide area networks (WAN).
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripheral issues to minimize downtime.
- Implement and enforce strict data security and compliance protocols.
- Assist in the migration and management of cloud-based infrastructure (AWS/Azure).
- Create and update technical documentation and standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with the full-time team to improve IT infrastructure efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven experience in IT support, helpdesk, or system administration roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, and Active Directory environments.
- Deep understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain valid work authorization in the United States.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interactions.
