Responsibilities
- Design, architect, and implement scalable software solutions using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, Python).
- Lead the development of high-availability web applications and microservices architecture.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices, security standards, and coding guidelines.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues, debug performance bottlenecks, and optimize system efficiency.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical training sessions to foster team growth.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, and QA teams to deliver user-centric features.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).
- Deep experience with backend technologies (Node.js, Java, or .NET).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US and eligible for visa sponsorship.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
