Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end relocation processes for technical professionals moving to Tampa, including visa sponsorship and housing assistance
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop tailored relocation packages for senior tech roles
- Coordinate with relocation vendors and service providers to ensure smooth transitions
- Build relationships with local Tampa tech communities and housing networks
- Track relocation program metrics and continuously improve candidate experiences
- Act as primary relocation liaison for new hires during onboarding phase
- Develop relocation guides highlighting Tampa's tech ecosystem and lifestyle benefits
Qualifications
- 5+ years in talent acquisition or relocation management within the tech industry
- Proven experience managing international and domestic relocation programs
- Deep understanding of visa processes (H-1B, L-1, etc.) for tech professionals
- Strong negotiation skills with relocation vendors and service providers
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of Tampa's tech market and local resources
- Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation preferred
- Experience with HRIS and relocation management software
