Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable software solutions for enterprise clients.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python.
- Lead code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior engineers.
- Collaborate with product managers to define technical requirements and roadmaps.
- Optimize application performance and ensure high availability.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and React or Angular.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a remote-first hybrid environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Chicago, IL.
