Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test high-quality, scalable software applications and APIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define feature requirements.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices and security standards.
- Optimize application performance, latency, and throughput for enterprise clients.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Contribute to the technical architecture and infrastructure design of cloud-based solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of professional experience in software development using modern languages (JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or Java).
- Strong proficiency in front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue) and back-end technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to obtain and maintain US work authorization (Visa Sponsorship required).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
