Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and implement robust, scalable backend services and APIs using modern languages.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Lead code reviews and establish engineering best practices for the entire organization.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring low latency and high availability in production environments.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical training and documentation.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience (5+ years).
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or Go and experience with asynchronous programming.
- Deep expertise in AWS or Azure cloud services and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with React or modern front-end frameworks is a plus.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues and debug multi-layered systems.
