The Role
You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance applications that serve millions of users. You will work in a collaborative Agile environment, mentoring junior developers and driving technical excellence.
Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain robust, scalable web applications using modern frameworks like React and Node.js.
- Lead technical design reviews and provide mentorship to junior engineers.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and UX designers to define product requirements.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex, multi-layered software issues.
- Participate in agile development cycles, including daily stand-ups and sprint planning.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Strong understanding of cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
