Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain robust IT infrastructure solutions to support business operations.
- Manage and troubleshoot network security protocols, firewalls, and VPN connections.
- Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support for hardware and software issues across the organization.
- Collaborate with the development team to deploy and monitor cloud-based applications (AWS/Azure).
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and data privacy regulations.
- Document technical processes, configurations, and incident reports to improve system reliability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 3 years of professional IT experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to obtain and maintain required security clearances or certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
